Benefits:

Responsibility:
  • Submit and follow up support tickets via different stages of support.
  • Clearly explain technical issues to customers.
  • Document all problematic occurrences.
  • Answer technical and pre-sales questions.
  • Activate orders that have been accepted.
  • Report to QoS (Quality of Service) Manager.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an IT helpdesk environment.
  • A general understanding of how to troubleshoot problems.
  • Working knowledge of cPanel and WHM.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to provide great support.
