Benefits:
All AvantLayer.com staff enjoy a negotiable salary based upon knowledge and experience. Generally starting
around $30,000 - $35,000 per year. Full medical including dental is provided. Staff showing enthusiasm
and great performance are given special considerations including company cars.

Responsibility:
- Submit and follow up support tickets via different stages of support.
- Clearly explain technical issues to customers.
- Document all problematic occurrences.
- Answer technical and pre-sales questions.
- Activate orders that have been accepted.
- Report to QoS (Quality of Service) Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in an IT helpdesk environment.
- A general understanding of how to troubleshoot problems.
- Working knowledge of cPanel and WHM.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to provide great support.
