Every element of our contracted server building structure from it’s exterior shell to it’s raised floor surpasses all local building codes and guidelines. The custom designed facility is built to withstand, fire, floods, earthquakes and natural disasters.


The entire electrical system is built on a N+1 redundancy model which guarantees continues operation. The electrical systems support mainline and redundant power feeds which ensures distribution of backup power. The systems include an AC and DC power circuit drops with 2N distribution paths. There are four turbo charged generators with multiple fueling contracts with different providers.


The Datacenter is guarded by multiple level security checkpoints. All personnel must go by six checkpoint hand geometry readers before entering onto the collocation area. All aspects of the floor are monitored 24x7 on high resolution security cameras and archived for a period of two years. The Datacenter also encompasses 24x7 security staff to ensure complete security of the datacenter floor.


To ensure optimum performance conditions for all equipment stored and operated on the floor, the HVAC system continually monitors and ensures that there is clean airflow passes throughout the datacenter floor to ensure optimum temperature and humidity.


A dry pipe, pre-action system is enabled by activation of VESDA (very early smoke detection alarm) and/or smoke detectors. A sprinkler head must trip for the dry-pipe system to activate. This requires a sprinkler head temperature of 140F, which will in turn active the suppressions systems.
